Return Policy

We offer a refund on any full price purchase that is returned within 14 days. The item must have all the original tags attached / packaging and be unused. We are happy to offer an exchange or an in store credit note for sale items or new items returned beyond the 14 day deadline within a reasonable time frame.

Warranty

Sometimes gear breaks. All the vendors we represent have their own warranty policies and procedures. We will do everything to make this process as painless as possible but we have to follow their program. If your damaged clothing needs warranty service, please be sure to wash it before you bring it in. A copy of the original invoice will speed up the process. If you purchased your gear from us, we can reprint one with no trouble.

Layaway

A 20% non-refundable deposit will put a long term hold on any piece of gear. We don’t charge interest or have a strict payment schedule. Our only stipulation is that the gear must be paid in full before you can take it home. If for any reason, you need to cancel your layaway, we’re happy to convert your deposit into a credit note.
